What We Cannot Help With

TotalHealth Research Desk is an editorial publication, not a clinical practice. There are categories of inquiry we cannot respond to, and we want to be explicit about them so you can seek appropriate help where we cannot provide it:

• Individual medical or nutrition questions. We cannot answer questions about your specific health, your specific symptoms, your specific medications, or whether a specific supplement is appropriate for you. These questions require evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider — a physician, Registered Dietitian, or other licensed clinician who can review your individual situation.
• Patient or client referrals. We do not maintain a list of recommended healthcare providers, dietitians, or coaches, and we cannot refer you to one. To find a Registered Dietitian, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics maintains a public directory at eatright.org/find-a-nutrition-expert.
• Product support, returns, or warranty issues. If you have an issue with a product you purchased after clicking through a link on our site, contact the retailer or the brand directly. We are not a party to your transaction and cannot intervene in product disputes, billing issues, returns, refunds, or warranty claims.
• Continuation of the prior nutrition coaching practice. If you are looking for the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who previously operated at this domain, we do not have her current contact information and cannot redirect you to her. TotalHealth Research Desk is a separate, independent editorial publication and is not a continuation of that practice.
