Total Health: Mastering Weight & Wellness

In this package I will provide you with private, personal online coaching that will propel you to create behavior and habit solutions to reach your weight and wellness goals — whatever they might be. Changing behaviors and keeping them takes time. You will discover how to breakthrough barriers and challenges and take control of your health so you can enjoy the lifetime of wellness you deserve.

This package includes 12 sessions done every week for 3 months

  • One 60-minute assessment session
  • Eleven 30-minute coaching sessions done (one/week)
  • Weekly goal setting & strategy session
  • Weekly habit change accountability
  • In-depth nutrition assessment & review of health history and fitness patterns
  • Exercise program design
  • Management of medical conditions, if desired
  • Dietary supplement review & recommendations

Redefining YOU

Total Health and Anti-Aging Package

Want to look and feel your best as you age? You deserve to! This package uses the power of nutrition, fitness, health and wellness to create your anti-aging blueprint for lifetime wellness.

Specifically designed for your 40s, 50s and 60s you’ll learn to create new lifestyle habits that deliver lasting health benefits in peri-menopause and menopause. Special attention is given to women’s health issues that arise in this season of life.

Need help with your eating habits, starting an exercise routine or strength training program? It’s all here. Whatever you need, we’ll find a solution to your issues together, so you can move forward embracing this season of change and feeling confident in making your health the best it can possibly be.

This package includes 6 sessions:

  • One 75-minute introductory session
  • Five 30-minute coaching sessions for habit change accountability
  • Weekly goal setting to create lifestyle anti-aging nutrition and wellness habits
  • Review of medical, health, nutrition and fitness history to better manage any conditions
  • Dietary supplement review and recommendations

Ignite Your Health

In this package I will provide you with private, personal online coaching for a quick tune-up that explores your health goals and helps you identify unhealthy habits that keep you stuck. Sessions focus on accountability, goal setting and connecting with your motivators to achieve the lasting results you want.

This package includes 3 sessions within 2 months

  • One 60-minute introductory session
  • Two 30-minute follow up sessions – to assess progress and accountability
  • One nutrition assessment – 3 day food review with tailored feedback
  • Evaluation and/or design of fitness/exercise routine
  • Optional meal planning tips and shopping guidance

I am so thankful to have had Kim guide me on my journey to get my cholesterol down to healthy levels.
